 Delivery and Processing time : 10-14 days

As our frontals and wigs are not bulk made please allow 10-14 days to receive your order. You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. You will also receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, so you can keep up to date with your package whereabouts. (This can take up to 5 days) Due to the pandemic packages may be taking a lot longer than usual. Please be aware of this when making an order. You will be notified as soon as your package has been shipped. 

Can I change my order? 

Once the order is put through you have 24 hours to make any changes or adjustments. Send your full name, address, and order to @essentialhaircompany on Instagram or email us at essentialbusiness_@hotmail.com stating what you would like to change on your order. Please allow enough time for a response.

Once your order is officially processed, no more changes can be made.  

How long does the hair usually last?
A minimum of three years depending on how you maintain it.

 

How many bundles of hair do I need?

For a full head of hair, we recommend at least three bundles. If you are ordering bundles longer than 20", four or more bundles are recommended; in this instance also recommend that you purchase two bundles of the longest length to avoid the ends appearing thin.

How do I prevent the ends from getting dry and frizzy?
Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to your hair. Weekly use of a leave-in conditioner is highly recommended. 

 

Can I dye this hair?
Yes. Our hair is real human hair and takes dye perfectly. 

 

Which currency will I be charged in? How can I Pay?

Most commonly, you will be charged in either GBP - British Pound or USD - US dollar. At the bottom of the page there is an option to choose which currency you would like to pay in. Whichever one you choose, will be the currency you are charged in. 

You can choose to pay using a debit or credit card or Paypal. 

Please note; If you decide to pay with PayPal, your order will take a little longer to process. 

Can I spread the cost and pay in instalments? 

At the moment we are not offering any buy now pay later options.

At this time, we do not offer refunds due to hygiene reasons.
